Amateur Radio Club & Repeater Network

IRLP & Echolink VOIP Services

IRLP node: 3802

IRLP reflector: 9096

Echolink node: 314933

Echolink conference server:  *WW6BAY*

IRLP and Echolink use Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) custom software and hardware.  Coupled with the power of the Internet, these VOIP systems will link our repeater to other repeaters or simplex stations all over the world.

IRLP operates a worldwide network of dedicated servers and nodes offering very stable worldwide voice communications between hundreds of towns and cities.  All this with unsurpassed uptimes and the full dynamic range of telephone quality audio.

Echolink software allows licensed Amateur Radio stations to communicate with one another over the Internet, using streaming-audio technology.  The program allows worldwide connections to be made between stations, or from computer to station, greatly enhancing Amateur Radio's communications capabilities.  There are more than 200,000 validated users worldwide — in 162 of the world's 193 nations — with about 5,000 online at any given time.

Using the Bay-Net IRLP reflector 9096 and EchoLink
conference server WW6BAY-R

These servers are mainly used for hosting multiple incoming connections.

When connecting into Bay-Net from an IRLP or EchoLink node, we recommend you connect to our hubs.  IRLP reflector 9096 and EchoLink WW6BAY-R support several simultaneous connections each and they are tied together and to the Bay-Net repeater network 24/7.  This means that any connection into 9096 or WW6BAY-R not only bridge between themselves but also to the Bay-Net repeater network as well.  The high connection capacity of these servers make them the preferred connection points when coming into Bay-Net.
