| Bay-Net
is a linked repeater system covering the San Francisco bay area.
Coverage is provided from two sites, one in the southbay and one
in the northbay. The two sites are connected with a full-duplex
radio link. There are multiple repeaters located at the southbay
site on 2m, UHF and 900 MHz. The northbay site has a single UHF
repeater. The repeaters are all connected full time providing
excellent mobile and hand held coverage from South San Jose to well
north of the Golden Gate. The system can be re-configured by
control operators to provide multple stand-alone repeaters as necessary. |
