Repeater Sites

Bay-Net provides several analog and digital repeaters that cover the San Francisco bay area from two radio sites. The primary site is located at 2800 feet above Silicon Valley in the south bay. The second site is located at 1900 feet above the east bay. Bay-Net repeater systems are available for all radio amateur operators to use and enjoy. Our goal is to provide a solid communications system and provide a place for learning and experimentation.
The core system is our conventional analog FM repeater network with 2 meters, UHF and 900 MHz repeaters at the south bay site and a UHF repeater at the east bay site. All four repeaters are linked by a full duplex RF backhaul connection.
We also sponsor a repeater on each of the most popular digital networks. DMR, D-STAR, System Fusion. Each of the digital repeaters is connected to the internet and provides world wide coverage.
